What do you think about the performance of India after the Ireland series

I think they stuggled a lot in the Ireland because it is very very cold there but only the performance of some senior player like Tendulkar, dravid, ganguly and yuvraj singh led this side to win this serious. It was amazing performance but we need constiency in winning.
