I dont think I could ever kill myself but I suffer from depession and have spent many weeks in the mental ward.I think my children help keep me around when Im in a funk.

...good for you,i was once suffered depression...but the best way to avoid it,for me,is to keep busy and practice yoga...it really helps me a lot to attain a calmness inside me...
