Rap Music and Gangsta Ghosts

Two nights ago i was channel surfing and rested on the Chris Rock show briefly ( I dont particularly find jokes littered with the f word amusing) anyway i stayed tuned for a while because for a few minutes he was saying something that actually made sense...He was saying that he loves rap music, but he is tired of defending it. The artists he said make it difficult by their lyrical content for those who constantly have to try to come to their defense. He cited a currently popular song by one of the rappers with words to the effect ' the sweat dripping from my balls...' He also reffered to some others and was puzzled as to how women could be jigging to songs that are so demeaning of them. The response is usually that the beat is jiggy so the words dont matter. I persoanlly find such lyrics highly objectionable and cant fathom how persons can call that kind of thing music.
