Say you are at a family get together and someone sneezes in the other room. Can you tell who it was by the way the sound when they sneeze?
I know this is a funny question but I was at a family gathering recently and my mom sneezed in the other room. I said "Bless you mom" and one of my nieces asked me how I knew it was my mom that sneezed. I told her that each person makes a distinct sound when they sneeze and It is usually always the same sound for each person.
She found this to be funny. So I am wondering can you recognize some one by their sneeze?

LOL..Oh, that IS funny. Yes! My mother has a very distinctive sneeze. It is SO loud and well, you just know it is her when she sneezes. Thanks for the laugh.

Yeah, I can tell if the person is someone I know. Everybody has a way to sneeze and we can recognize their way almost instantly.

It's funny you ask this, as there is some truth to recognising people by their sneezes.
My step daughter aged 9, sneezes very oddly. It comes out almost as a shout & is very distintive, so we always know it is her.
My sneezes are normal sounding, but I rarely sneeze once. I can't stop at one sneeze & when I start, I sneeze multiple times, up to ten. So people know it is me.
