how do you like to start conversation on mylot? by questions / comments?

do you usually start a thread on mylot by asking questions, or do you simply state your opinion, or tell everyone how your day is going? it seems like asking questions would get you a lot of responses...but does that matter?

I would rather put a question to my dear friends than simply stating my own opinion. I prefer to read ideas of other members rather than harping about myself.
