got it!!! its GABON flag! an african country situated on the west coast of africa and is bordered on the north by cameroon, on the east and south by the congo and the west by the atlantic ocean, to the northwest by equitorial guinea

I must admit I can't remember this one. It must be an African country. I'd risk a guess... Gabon maybe?
