Finally getting SOMETHING back from Ebay!

I've been a seller and a buyer on ebay and as a seller, the fees have just kept on climbing. I closed one ebay store already. But lately I've been buying. My friend JUST told me she ALWAYS gets 36% back on the seller's fee (as a buyer) or she wouldn't buy so much. Well, that's debatable. She has always bought a lot online and her boyfriend has too! Anyway, I'm gonna try it out because it's good on other stores online also. I have to run now - the fireworks are just starting in the city!!!
