If you are, what do you do on a daily basis that makes you happy? I know some people that tend to complain regardless of how well their lives are going. They just seem to need to find something to be unhappy about. For those that are truly happy in life, maybe we can give some tips to those that aren't.

I am both happy and sad with my life.I am happy because i have 4 wonderful daughters and a wonderful stepson and i am going to be a Grandma for the first time.My Grandbaby is due around the 1st of March.I am unhappy because i keep catching my husband cheating on me with other women over the internet and he just doesn't seem to care that it is hurting me when he does this stuff.I am seriously considering getting a divorce.I have given him way to many chances to stop it as it is and he continues to do it.

I know a few people whose sole purpose in life is to complain about every little thing. They rarely make it through a day without complaining. When I meet someone who says they are having a bad day, I tell them to rethink what they said. I tell them that there must have been a moment or several moments that were good. You just have to look for it.

I used to think that "life" is unfair, that no matter how hard we try if we are born loser there's nothing we can do about it.
I see some people who don't seem to try hard enough but they have better condition.
But then I realize that life is what we make it. I remember this saying from my shirt but I don't know who said it. "Life is like a piano, what you get out of it depends on how you play it"
And now I understand...life will be happy if you make it happy, otherwise it's not.

I agree. I have a plaque that says we cannot change the past but the future is what we make it. I totally believe that. But I do find it hard sometimes to be positive when surrounded by negativity. I am constantly trying to make my husband remember to be more positive. I feel that it is important to work with a group of positive people as well.
