my dear brother, you started a very nice topic. I will post a discussion regarding duryodhana, one of my favourite characters. This "so called" villian of mahabharata( i dont believe he is a villian) has a very intresting personality. Duryodhana had achieved a feat whic no other warrior in the history of manknd had done; during one of the practice sessions he defeats balarama, his guru(he actually made him trip). So pleased was balarama that he offerd him his younger sister's hand in marriage. But Balarama's younger brother, Krishna(avatar of Vishnu, considered as supreme godhead in Hindu mythoogy) uses his cunning and marriages off his younger sister subhadra to his favourie Arjuna. Duryodhana gets enraged, and his dislike for the pandavas increases.
