mylot support team is really working or not??they didnt help me.

hi friends..before this id i had another id and i posted lots of discussions and also responded lots of discussions and i got paid once from that id but nearly 10 days before i tried to login in that id but login failed so i thought may be some problem..then i kept on trying for somedays but i was unable to login like i can see tht profile but i couldnt login ..and in tht account i had some $1.17 after getting the 1st payment..then i tried to contact mylot support team but they didnt reply then i mailed them once again and still they didnt reply..so after all these things i opened this id ...and its very boring to strat once again from the bottom.. i really wonder why they didnt reply me??still i ve that ids confirmation mail from mylot to my id..i think they should help me but they didnt..once again i need to start from zero.. have you ever faced such problems??
