if you travel to other country and bring a laptop (with a built in wireless adapter) you can always connect to a wi-fi zone or hot spots.
Broadband connection is more reliable than wireless since you have to consider the interferences around you.

I agree with you! Lots of interference might occur while your surfing. It's a heck.

I think you have been connected to internet using a dial up connection. I have used it because is the low cost way to get connected to Internet but the speed of connection is very low. Now I am using a broadband and I think it is enough good because the wireless connection have a lot of issues and broadband is more stable. before I bought this internet connection I have checked and I can't get wireless because it was so expensive so I thought that doesn't mean I can't get a high speed Internet connection and I brought my broadband. I think you would connect in any access point on the world and some of these are free. I have a friend a he connect his laptop in the college and some restaurants. however I think in my country Dial up is the only choice available for most rural areas but the disadvantage this is that it uses your phone land line to get connected to the internet.

What kind of wireless connection are you talking about? Now I have broadband dsl connection in my home plus I have wireless in my home. weather I hook to my broadband connecton via wire or wireless the connection speed is the same. and that should be about the way it is anywhere you go and it depends on the number of users on that connection. Now if your using a wireless air card which is sorta like cell service for your computer that might be slower but I dont know as I wont pay for a wireless air card.

I personally feel that broadband internet connection is much faster and safer than when compared to wireless or wi-fi internet. This is according to my personal opinion and it could be wrong also. I feel anyway it entirely depends on the ISP who are providing you the internet no matter it is broadband or wi-fi.

Broadband internet connection is faster than wireless internet. Wireless internet server provider are available in my country and also at the capital airport. But my mobile can access the internet free at the moment called wireless as well but it is very slow.
