It is said that people should accept a challenge. That to grow and be more mature we need to take on something that really is above our capacity.
I did accept one, and though hard at first, I find the challenge and the thrill of being able to control what I do a great achievement.
Being a manager at 23 at a hotel is one good accomplishment right?
for me it is. All I did was to step out of my cloistered self and tried to explore what I could really do with what I have been given.
You? Are you willing to accept a job that is bigger than you?
Or have you accepted one already?
Tell me what you think...

I will first consider if the job bigger than me whether I would able to carryout it or not, if I can carryout then I will accept. I think nothing is impossible when I will try to success to it. No body enter into job with vast experience first, experience and ability grow in job gradually and with hard wise work success can be done in job.

If it is something that you can "grow" into, then I think it's a great idea. Many times you won't learn something new until you try it.
I would not recommend it, if you acquired the job by misleading anybody into thinking you were more capable than you are, but if you are up front and honest about your abilities and it is clear that it might take you a few days to get the hang of it, then I think it's a good thing.
That's how we grow as people, by trying and learning new things. It's good to challenge yourself.
Congratulations on your new job!

Yes, I would accept it. If I got a bit challenge, I would tend to be more responsible and I would have done my best effort so that it won't disappoint my boss because it means that my superior believes in me. It is such a honor to know it.

Sussess is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you have achieved success.
I was very unhappy at a job that I did very well. It wasn't until I started my own business that I was happy. I am now happy and successful. The biggest challange I faced was getting over the 9-5 mentality.
