how could we know if the website is a spam?

how cud we know if the website we visited is a spam one?is there any differnces?what is it?if ever somebody give me websites especially make extra income i clicked it and signed up,but if it needs/asked for payment,i will leave it..hahaha i was only making this all for fun...but here at mylot evryday,im online coz this is the website that i found no risking of ur money instead they were risking their pockets to us.....mylot is the best!!!! hate of spam?give me some patterns that easily for me to know if that site is a spam or not....

It is difficult to make out unless you are taken for a ride. I had become member of many sites, the sites were exceptionally good looking with all facilities. When it came to payment, they drew blank.

check some info about the site you want to join first with searching engine,then you may keep yourself out from scam trap.or you can ask someone else in the forum,i think there are many peoples here can give you advices and help.
