How often do you say I Love you?

I don't have a husband or boyfriend however whenever I speak to my family on the telephone I try to remember to end the conversation by saying, "I love you." It is a little awkward with some family members though. I think it is good to say "I love you" regularly because 1. the person my not know that they are loved and 2. it may be the last time that you get to say "I love you" to a loved one. Its too late after they or you are gone.

I think there are many ways to say I love you, notes, making meals, hugs, etc. I do say I love you to my baby everyday. I say "I love you snoogs because you deserve love and kindness and patience and respect".

We not only say "I love you" to each other several times a day, but occasionally the spontaneous "I like you" will be uttered and that is so important too. The fact that we genuinely like each other and enjoy each other's company, understand each other's jokes and stories and never need to explain ourselves makes life so much easier. We have similar interests but with enough variations that we don't get bored with each other. I think it's important to express these things often to one another, but it's great when it just feels natural to say it out loud.

To my hubby, I say it at least once a day, sometimes more than that. To my family...unfortunately it's pretty awkward to say those words 'coz we're not big on words, but I've written them emails, telling them that I love them...so at least I'm "saying it with words" 'coz now I'm far away from them (they're in Indo, I'm in Finland). Like yourself, when I still lived in Indo, I showed them my feelings through my actions.

every chance i get... we dont leave the room usually without saying it one another.. its just one of those things that are part of our relatioshnship.. we know we love eachother and it is good to let one another know as much as we can...

We say it to each other very often. It's like it has become a part of our daily conversation. When we joke about something and enjoy that joke, we end up saying I love you to each other. When we're both quiet and busy on the computer, either one of us would attract the attention of the other by saying I love you. When we're in a bad mood, one of us says it to the other, and this changes the mood. I'm so used to hearing it from him that I would probably be in wonder if my partner would not say I love you even just once in a whole day's time.

Oh God, I say it all the time. Every time I speak to her on the phone or every time I'm online with her, every time I mail her a letter, I say it. That's the way I connect and makes me feel strong and emotional.

well i am married and have kids... so i say i love you everyday...i would say i say it probably about 20 times a day if not more... it is always a good thing to say because you never know if you are going to be here tomarrow or not and i want to make it clear to my family how i really feel about them... just so there is never any dought in their minds...

When I mean it.

I say it as often as i can...whenever i feel like saying it...coz i dont want to regret it someday. the time that i want to say it but they cant hear it anymore..

Hi brave, I usually prefer showing my love specially to members of my family and partner, I think they get the hint. Yeah and I understand that men usually prefer to show some love that to express it. Why? You should know, your a guy.

i was thinking of posting this kind of discussion but u got one already! LOL! i always say as often as i can. i wouldnt want to regret that i wouldnt able to tell how much i love them!

I do not say it often. If I say it frequently it won’t be thrilling anymore lol... I only say it at the right moment when I feel necessary. I always believe that the time will come when it is passionate enough I will utter it out naturally.

Even I don't say it quite often.. I don't think I have to tell her again n again that I luv her immensely.. She just feels it automatically.. But we sure exchange luv u's at night before we go to sleep..

I say I love you all the time...I tell me kids I love them everytime they wake up,leave the house,go to bed. Even if I have to leave them a note or they call me from a friends or a grandparents I always say I Love them....Even with my hubby but now only time I can tell him I love him is when he ia able to call me or when I write him letters..And I tell him I love him and how much I love him as much as I can when I do talk to him or write to him...I think it's very important to tell the people that you love that you love them..I think everyone need to know that there is people that love them..
