Do you sleep all through the night?

Or do you wake up and doze off, toss and turn, take trips to the bathroom? Do you wake up after every dream and then sleep again? Do you wake up to random noises and then go back to sleep? What kind of sleep do you have? I pretty sleep like a baby, after watching TV till at least 2 in the night, I sleep all through the night until about 11 in the morning, ah, nice.. But of course sometimes, but very rarely I have had that tossing and turning night, but that's only when I'm sick or something and I drift in and out of sleep. So what kind of sleep do you have?

I sleep throughout the night. I usually have a sound sleep at night after the whole day's tiring workout..I do not wake up in between and have the whole night's sleep...

Yeah, me too, most of the time, that kind of sleep is the best, you feel so rested after you wake up.

Well, I think maybe it is hormones, those hormones can be a real b*tch, they make us do things we don't usually do..

I normally sleep right through from after putting my son to bed till the next morning but ever since my hubby left two weeks ago my sleep has been broken up LOL two nights this week i have not slept through the night :( i end up on mylot, or watching movies all night LOL And also now that I am trying to lose weight I have been drinking more water so I find myself getting up at least 2x a night if I do sleep GRR This is not good LOL

Oh yeah, the water deal, I mean I get it too, because recently I've been drinking a lot of water too, and some nights I have to get up myself, but most of the nights I don't. And well, I guess changing habits doesn't do too good either, hope your hubby is back soon!

OH yes, I tend to go to sleep late, but once I"m asleep I sleep trough the night without interruptions - unless I"m having sleep apnea which will wake me up enough to breathe and then back to sleep LOL . Unless I'm sick I don't have interruptions in my sleep at all. Now if you talk about moving around while I"M sleeping then it's another story. I move so much while I"m asleep that I often end up with my head where my feet should be, specially if I am sleeping alone:)

Well, compared to that I guess I could call myself motionless, ha ha. I can't fall off the bed now though, because me and my sisters share the room and we've put our beds together for maximum room space.

fallen of the bed? Let me count the times hehehehe Actually often I end up half on the bed and half off LOL I move much more when I'm sleeping alone. WHen someone is on the bed as well I still move but much less. Covers however go every other way regardless if I"m alone of not. I start feeling hot throw the covers away and poor hubby ends up cold all night hehehe

That's good, me too. As long as I don't turn on any lights, and I usually don't, because once any light is on, then there is trouble going back to sleep.

lol.. I hav many different kinds of sleep, but my main one is that I wake up for no apparent reason. I'll b sleeping one minute adn then i wake up, turn over, and fall right back to sleep. On good days, wen I have done a WHOLE lot of activities and exercising, wen i go to sleep, i wont wake up for the whole night. And there are rare moments wen i have to use the bathroom, but thats about once every year

ha ha okay, wow, only about once a year, that's nice, I get up to go to the bathroom, at least once every two months. The main reason is that I exercise a couple of hours before sleep and so take a lot of water.

Many times I will wake up at least once during the night and for no reason. Other times I can sleep the whole night through. I wish that I could sleep all night long without waking up so I will feel refreshed in the morning, especially when going to work. It takes a little while to fall asleep as I toss and turn til I am comfortable. Sometimes I have nightmares that wake me up.

Yeah, I have that pattern if I'm sick or really tired, or in some sort of pain, I have nightmares that wake me up then, and I can't sleep the whole night through. But most of the time, I sleep all the way through, I still have nightmares sometimes but really interesting ones, and actually wake up in the morning and write them down, because they were so interesting..

I have been having problems with sleeping recently (with very odd dreams...one of the oddest being me pregnant!) so I have been getting about 2 hours sleep at night and maybe a couple in the afternoon. Otherwise for me usually, I go to bed sometime between 0000-0300 and slepp for at least 4 hours, and for the most part sleep solid with nothing waking me...lucky in some ways, but kinda bad if there was some kind of emergency.

What about those pregnancy dreams? Still having those, I've had some too, but then it's not so weird for me as it is for you, I guess. Try going to sleep with the TV on with very low volume, it usually helps most people who don't wanna take pills.

I don't sleep all through the night. I always wake up to take at least one trip to the bathroom. During rainy season I take trips at most three times to the bathroom.

Because it is pretty cold during the rainy season, it somehow triggers me to go to the bathroom more =) We only have two seasons here in our country, sunny and rainy.

Most of the time, I sleep through the night. Sometimes, I get up for the restroom and stay up. I usually do this when I have gone to bed way too early.

Sometimes, it all depends on how sleepy I feel. I take a sleep aide and every night I fall asleep after different times.

I usually don't sleep through the entire night without waking up. Sometimes I get up to go to the bathroom. I often wake up after a dream. Most of the time I can get right back to sleep. Once-in-a-while I can't get back to sleep, especially after a bad dream. Then I get up and watch some TV until I get sleepy and spend the rest of the night sleeping on the recliner.

Yeah, watching TV can be the best remedy if you can't sleep, just put on a boring movie and it will put you right to sleep, ha ha.

Yeah, it kinda does, I hate it when I'm trying to watch a really good late night movie and just can't seem to stay awake and as soon as I switch off the TV, I can't seem to sleep, that sucks.

I record my favorite shows because we often have other things planned when they are on. So I have those to watch when I can't sleep. Unfortunately, they are often so interesting they keep me awake, which defeats the purpose.

I used to wake up ALOT during the night when i was little, i am not a deep sleeper, but as i got into high school year 10-12, i became addicted to sleeping, probably because of the high level of workload, making me extra tired. I dont wake up in the middle of the night very often, only when i feel extremely thirsty i would wake up to get a drink.... I sometimes sleep during the day as well if i feel too tired...

It is like, you feel so cold and do not want to get out of the warm bed, but you feel thirst in your throat and can not sleep, so you ponder for a few minutes, but later decide you will go downstairs and get a drink, not a very good feeling =.= I have learned my lesson so now i usually drink few hours before i sleep and then to the toilet before sleeping. But i still have a cup of water next to my bed so if i ever do get thirsty, i can just grab it from next to my bed and not have to stand the cold in winter!

Well, first off, i have insomnia and find it VERY difficult to get to sleep in the first place. Then, when i finally DO get to sleep, i find it very hard to stay asleep. i constantly awaken durring the night and then fall back asleep for a little while...then awaken again. It's miserable.

I sleep well the entire night if I didn't take a nap in the afternoon. I usually sleep at around 9pm then I wake up at 4;30am to prepare breakfast and needs of my school kids. If you want to have a good night sleep, you always put honey in your coffee or milk because I've read that honey produces our mind to sleep mode.
