Isn't it global amerika is one of th HYIP SEC have warned the public about just this month? Another one is Fracswiss. No offense bro but I also invested in francswiss very similar to global's idea/scheme. I had a pay out of $130 for jut 3 days but that was it. It came out in the news at around 6pm and the site was long forever gone. I still have not gotten my $1000 investment and it's down.
Going schemes like this is rather risky but I still would go with the idea---at the end of the day it's still you who decide. If you feel you can take the risk for the promised return then go but just make sure you do not blame others afterwards.
