great singer

At first, i didn't really like her songs, but now that they're on the radio and you can't really get away from them, i've come to realize that they're not that bad. In fact, i happen to like her sound. She's kind of a 50-60's type mixed with todays pop. i think i'll get her cd in the next couple of days. What do you all think?

I love her. I liked her a wee bit before all the hype and I sure am glad, since I don't usually pay attention to hyped artists, but she sure deserves every bit of attention she gets! She lives a crazy lifestyle, drinks a lot and may have eating issues - but I adore her and her music to bits. A true talent and such an amazing, captivating and that old school voice mixed with the sounds of hip hop and pop sound so refreshing! A true artists =)

Yep exactly. I didn't know she had all those problems but she is great i think. and i'm glad she's getting some attention. I also like lily allen, although she's not as popular as amy winehouse as of yet.
