Oh I know my way around depression! I am bipolar and have to be on many medications to control my depression. About 10 yrs ago I even had to have shock treatment to get me out of the very dark place that I was. The treatment took away a great deal of my memories including those of my children. Also now I am almost learning disabled I have such a hard time learning things and I have no short term memory. I understand though that at the time it was necessary. I still get bouts of depression that often leave me in my bed. I am a Christian so most of my strength to get out of it comes from Him but I have to do alot of self talk that things are not as bad as they look to get through.
