the scouts

one of the bigest chnages in fm2007 was the scouts but from some reasone i dont feel the big change i really like that knowlage bar but i still dont get what better in them, the work in the same way of 2006
they giveing useless informtion,they say about strikers that they are really fast but i can see that by myself without scout's help i just look on the pace
can someone teach me how to use these scouts?

I actually think the scouting system is improved in fm2007. I particular like the page of information given about a player after scouting him because it gives useful information (most of the time) and its easy to see all the information in one place.
Scouting is also more realistic because more well known scouts and scouts from certain countries have better knowledge and find better players than scouts with little knowledge and international experience.
The best tip i can give for scouting is to assign a scout to his specialised region to look for young potential superstars. For example if a player is from france then send him to france to look for young players and he will find more players than if you sent a american scout there.

i dont get it why you think like that beacuse first you can look for good player by yourself you have more knowlage then your scouts, also if he say that player is fast this is unusefull informtion because you can see that by yourself you see how much he has in pace and thats it you dont have to wait for that information...
do you use your scouts alot
maybe i forgot to say that im talking about small clubs abput 15 mils

Ahh i now realise what you mean. I agree that scouts are mainly useless in the regard to their opinion on a players stats because we can see how fast, strong etc they are by looking at their stats ourselves.
However, scouts DO find hidden players that are not on the player search screen for us to look at. Unlike older fm games the amount of players on the player search screen varies by club size and reputation and the knowledge of the scouting staff. So, if you are a league two team for example and you hire one of the worlds best scouts then you will be able to find players in the game that you could never have found before because of the extra scouting knowledge the new scout adds.

i see, i thought about something eles maybe i just useing bad scouts so they doing bad jobs i mean with low needed skills so i probobly start looking for new scouts
