I clean her ears almost everyday after her bath, is it ok? I just clean the outside part though...

Yup I did it every other day or a couple of times a week, especially around the back of the ear always making sure i dried the area properly after cleaning it.

Yes, I've learned from experience to clean esp the back of the ears, before when my baby was younger I don't clean the back of her ears and I keep smelling that odor, I'm wondering why because I've bath her already but then I realize it's the back of her ears...

I don't use oil, just plain cotton bud. I don't think you need to clean it with oil.

Yes, that is perfectly fine. I don't advise cleaning the inside of earwax with a swab, though. You're Pediatrician can better advise you with that if you start to notice a build up. Behind the ears is also good to keep clean and dry, as infentigo (unsure of spelling) can possibly develop.

As long as the ears don't seem irritated, overly dry, etc., should be fine.
