how do u control ur temper????

what do u do to control ur temper when u r very angry on some1....i just come to my room, close my eyes and listen to music...what do u do????

i basically need help with it and i need to know how i can fade it away. what i try is to not think about what causes me to loose my temper and imagine my happy place or things anybody would like and like to be in but it happens to know that i need more than that to loose it.

u r right..its difficult to think of happy moments whn u r angry....try counting 1 to 10 it will help u cool down...also the thing that works in my case-music...it has a calming effect...try it...
