I am discourage in using myLOT.

A long discussion/comment and away does not make sense in any way. You can read in many others' post about their earnings. length and quantity of your discussions will count. you make a lengthy 21 discussions and you got only a few cents. But, if you post 210 discussions with 2~3 sentence per post you will get more. cheer up and study what you are doing not just what you want to be.

You should not have felt discouraged here at myLot. Just remember that this site is meant to be enjoyed by all of us, first and foremost. The money is just a bonus. I reached my $10 upon posting around 300 posts. You are still at 26 count, so I advised you to just continue doing the things here. I know it is tiresome sometimes so if you feel that way, just relax for a while until you have again the appetite to make posts. Hope you will continue your presence here. Stay here, my friend.

i think the best way to earn is dont think about the money.just post what do you want,what do you like.dont make focus on earning calculation,just posting like what you did in other forum.dont give too many hope to refferals,maybe they won't help you much,unless they're very active poster.

Don't give up, Mylot is a very trustworthy website and it'll pay for you if your payout reaches the minimum. You have to try to post more discussions and responses. And it'll increase your payment. I got my first payment last month and this month my payout right now is $14.48.

we share the same feeling. so i don't make it serious business anymore. i post if i want to, i answer to questions where it suits me fine, no hurry, just fun. i don't have tips then, but if you're looking there are a lot in here who can give really good tips. just go to the discussion on myLot, earnings, et.al.. good luck you!

The idea is to enjoy discussing your interests with people here and not worry too much about making money, that will take care of itself if you do. You should also keep in mind that you aren't going to get rich here and that what you make per hour will never equal even a mediocre regular job. The way I look at it is if I am going to discuss my interest on the internet anyway, I might as well make some money while doing it.

dont give up! it's a trustworthy site. dont expect like all your life depends on the earnings your making form mylot.com. then, it surely will demotivates you. in the contrary try it out as an hobby and occasional visits to mylot.com and never look at your earnings... then, you will rock in mylot.com

another tip is I think you should add more friends, friends do help a lot on your earnings, because they most likely be the one responding to your post thus adding some earning points for you. Don't be too discourage, you'll get the hang of this soon..

Thats my attitude too before in my veery first week here in mylot and specially when I heard and read some bad comments about the earnings and other rumors about site. But I ignore them and I risk the chance to persnonally prove it to myself. And now It's my second payout here the only things and the key is to be dedicted and patience to achieve the goal. Maybe you should already knew that before you sign up here you knew that it is not a quick money, itis nice to earn money from your hard work.

Dear jaysan81286 Well you have only made 26 posts here and 26 means nothing .. Again mylot is not just a money earning site .. it's a community and friends making site actually .. If you are seriously interested in making money then you should opt for some other site .. but if you are really interested in discussions .. My main motive to join mylot was money which is now converted into friends and knowledge .. I take the earning as bonus :) .. Happy mylotting my dear friend.

I have to agree with many of the previous posters... My philosophy with MyLot is that I have to enjoy being here, reading new discussions and posting new thoughts. I enjoy reading the different responses and viewpoints and if I earn a few cents in the meantime, great. But I think it is unreasonable for anyone to think that they will earn big time paychecks for being here. Make the socialization the primary focus of your time here on MyLot and you won't be disappointed.

Hello dude, I'm in the same situation you had. At first, I'm about to lose hope here for earning to slow. But I realized I did slow in posting and focus on expanding my referral. But you are here just almost two weeks. How come you loose your interest here so soon? This is a very good place. People here are very cooperative and motivating. I gathered from your profile page that you have still 26 posts. Are you worried about not being able to open new discussions? Or are you frustrated because you are not getting too much responses to your discussions? In whatever case dont' give up soon. Wait patiently for some more time. Things will surely turn in favor. Concentrate on responding to your friend's and other's discussions. That way you can rebuild your confidence and come back with great zest. Being posting or typing slow is not a problem here dude. Eventually, you will type very fast when you start post or replying to more discussion. I am sure you will because I once type as slow as a tortoise. Well, I guess you have heard the tortoise and rabbit story. Keke. so don't give up so soon. Most importantly, you have to enjoy yourself here. Money is just a bonus. I think I ma in this same situation too. Last month I tried very hard to earn ten dollars but just could not do it till the month ended. It seems since then I have lost interest somehow and do not seem to be able to continue responding to discussions. It is really hard to earn up to ten dollars here, you need to spend a lot of time on the site and make a lot of posts which is really not that easy. I do not have any referrals under me and I don't upload photos. So what I do is to make sure my responses are at least four lines long and also make sure they as free from spelling and grammatical errors as possible.

Hi there, when i first joined myLot i had that feeling as well! but think about it, you are only posting things, your opinions, and you are getting paid for it! how great is that... on top of the money you are getting by posting, you can try posting images under your interest and they pay you 1cent per picture so that is really great too! I just earned 55cents today and i was so surprise and excited.... keep on going, you will be surprised how much you can earn on myLot if you really do try hard =D

earn fast at mylot only build your referral and your referral have to active too, is waste time when got a lot of tons referral but they dont give contribution. mylot have the rule about earning now and i think i agree if not easy get a lot earning here because this: 1. free to join 2. paid posting and discussion 3. minimize spam action and ilegal activity simple is need more? hard work... so for people have tons of free time maybe they can use time a lot here, but for people have to work every day they will have limit time here too. good luck all of you

I felt the exact same way at first. But then again, think about it.This is a website that is giving you money for being bored and just looking around talking to people.I guess we expected it to be like a second job maybe?Who knows but as long as I'm just being lazy and sitting on the computer I figure I might as well be making a little money.It really is more than what I'm doing outside of this which is really nothing.
