managing responses...

I never receive 100 responses but I guess if you have a lot of friend here in mylot they will respond more with your discussion, but also the topics you choose that a lot of people will be interesting. hope you will get 100 response. happy posting then

There was a guy with user name Lackingstyle he used to post 300 responses a day and he stood No.1 at mylot for couple of months. Now he is not active here. It is possible to give 100 responses a day, if one devotes more than 3 hours a day, with good typing speed and good general knowledge.

Dear larskie23 I really don't know the answer because even I never got 100 responses to my discussion .. though I really wish to see that day .. so never ever lose hope .. Members who are getting more and more responses to their discussions are very old members of mylot and they also have a huge list of quality friends .. I guess their friends help them a lot by responding to their discussions and this can be the reason that they are getting so many responses .. plus their discussions are of very easy and simple language .. everyone likes to participate in that kind of discussion .. so I believe we should change our way of starting discussions .. I hope that someone who got more than 100 responses will reply here .. and share the story .. so that we can benefit from them and will change our strategy of starting discussions on mylot :)

i havnt even started a single discussion yet. but i wish when i start i could have as many responses as possible. i think ill collect a lot of friends first.

I think it has something to do with the number of friends and topics you are listed in. The more people are on your list, the more people would see your topic, thus the more people would be able to react on your topic. Get the drill? Having more friends increases the traffic of people going in and out of the topics you have made. So, more and more people post. Plus, not to mention the degree of interest that your topic contains. So try to go for adding more people, exposing yourself to more people. Trying your best to express your views clearly (so people would like you and would become curious of how you post at other topics as well). Well, just noticed this.
