Is it too hot for you to sleep?

I have an air conditioner but I can't run it all the time.The heat makes me exhausted and takes alot of energy out of me.It was really weird today though.I thought it was winter again because of the hail and rain we had.I thought it was going to break the windows of the car.

I always run the conditionet when I want to sleep. I know this habit isn't very good. but I can't sleep a sound sleep when it stop work.

No, it was pretty hot for us today. In fact, it's still pretty warm right now, even though it's a little past 11 o'clock PM here. We don't have air conditioning in our unit, but we do have a large tower fan and it actually does a pretty good job of cooling the room down. I defintiely can't sleep when I am too hot, it just leaves me sticky and tired and I just can never get comfortable in those kinds of environments.

The news said that this was the hottest fourth of July on record for Los Angeles, California. I believe them. In fact this is going to be a very hot summer. I have a nice small fan and I have to put it right in front of me while I sleep. If I don't, I will be up all night tossong and turning.

I'm broiling! just sitting has me sweating! so right now sleep is out of the question
