The only way to reduce the job seekers in future let first stop production of people generation! thats right i am saying parents should have only one child for them as better life! or other wise increase the production by doing self! now a days we can find most of people looking for jobs!most of the people search their jobs regarding their education qualification!if one cant get the right job regarding their qualification then why can that one doing business self! Firstly government have to keep watch a condusive macro economic condition to boost national economic growth.with condusive macroeconomics there will be much investment comes and there will be mucvh development which need workers in any major,department.It's just one way to reducing the jobless people. the others way is createing a skillfull people to be a an entrepreneurs.by creating succes etrepreneurs it can absorb the jobseeker.

MORE JOBS!!!. The gov't and private sector must encourage more investor here in the country to open more jobs. Like the call center industry at least some jobseekers now are employed in call center industry.
