arab nationalism does really still exists?

when an arabic country works for its interst and well-being forgetting those of its neighbour
when each arabic country has practicly its own language derived from the original arabic (i dont understand egyptian nor morrocan i can only speak lebanese :S)
when, despite of what ppl are claimin, arabic countires do not share the same history and traditions
....
are we allowed to call ourselves arab? or the arabic world we once knew is gone?
