if you saw a door would you rather push or pull it open?

it would indicate the kind of person you really are.it's psychological actually. me? I prefer pushing it open. It's a challenge if I could. Especially if the door is way way much bigger than me.

I know I prefer pushing but sometimes out of instinct I tend to pull. I don't is there a psychological explanation about it? or maybe I'm used to having doors to pull that's why I do that. On second thought, I'm more of a pulling person I guess, Unless the door is filthy or is too heavy.

a person who loves to pull doors open is more passive and laid back about life and easily gets content. Don't worry there is nothing wrong with it. It's just that you tend not to worry too much about things. It could sometimes be good and bad at the same time.

hmm.. I don't agree. I'm more of a worrier. I worry about small stuff. Maybe I'm sometimes a pusher and sometimes I'm a puller. That's it. Because I think I'm a mix of the both. =)

yup...probably you're a mix of both. But based on your answer, do you worry alot and do something about it? Or you worry and analyze first then do something?

If there is no writing on the door "push" or "pull" I will pull it as if I push then any person can hurt if he or she have standing othe side of the door. If the door is fixed in such a way that cannot be pulled, then no way will push.

most of the doors are made in that way if you want to enter so you have to push and if you have to go out you you will pull the basic and the easiest way is just to push the door its easier then pull it so i think i will tend to push.

but if the door did not have any signs, would you rather push it or pull? yes, it is much easier to push it. which probably means you're one person who goes with the flow easily and not against it. thanks for the response and the comments zipman.
