Hello Buchi_bulla!:-)
I have just a little family, me, my partner and my son. My partner likes English tea (tea with milk). She takes her tea usually out of bed but as she has Migraine problem, so whenever it strikes her, she asks me to make her tea which she takes in bed. Otherwise she makes it herself (as she makes much better:-)) and we take it together. My son is too young (6 months) to take anything, but he anxiously used to watch us with curiosity, lol! He looked so cute and funny!
After they went back, I have become addicted to Coffee. I usually make it enough to keep enjoying after almost every hour or two. I have to make it to drink it so, there is no concept of bed coffee for me:-) I do like to make myself comfortable while enjoying my coffee though:-)

So you also became a coffee member like some of us. My wishes to your sweet small family especially to small dolly.

What an interesting concept. I don’t know of any one that has coffee in bed. I would not like to have coffee in bed because I find it uncomfortable to set on the bed or the side of the bed very long. I have only seen people in the movies have coffee or tea served in bed by a maidservant. I have to make my own coffee so am up any way. And it would be silly to take it back to bed. Do many people in India take bed coffee?

Not many take bed coffee but quite a big number take I feel. It is not a good habit. But somehow some people cultivate this habit.

No one in my house takes their coffee in bed, unless they're ill or something. If my husband is having a hard time waking up, I will sometimes have coffee made for him and ready for him to drink, but he gets up and comes to sit to drink it.
I wonder if this is a cultural thing? I haven't known many people who regularly drank coffee in bed! I would be afraid to do so myself, since I'm rather uncoordinated and often have spills!

It is not good to take bed coffee. But some how my husband started the habit and started giving for children too when they were studying. Good in your family this habit is not there.

I love bed coffee. I find it gross to mix toothpaste and coffee. Bleh!
