I have read some books on self improvement and find myself routinely doing meditation. And I have been on regular 1 hour per day meditation since 1996. Since May 2007, I felt some strange sensation concerning my feeling and other sensation. I feel a kind of undulation running through my whole body, seeing family members in places hundreds of kilometers away and can release another people emotion by touching. Do anyone have ever feel similar experiences? Let's share our experiences.
