spend it wisely. seize the moment.
don't think about sorrow.
but sometimes, with many responsibilities, we can't really enjoy spare time. this is something we all have to deal with.

With 4 children I don't have much free time in my life! I try to get out every night and take a walk. It helps me refocus and energize.

In my spare time, I like taking a stroll or reading, swimming ,just do what I like. Nowadays, we young people become more and more busy, it is so hard to have a good spare time, or even we dont have any ,that is so bad.
