I am the most familiar with Paypal, and I have never had a problem with them, so that is the one I stick with. Although I've never used the other ones that you mentioned, I have used a few others that were NOT legitimate or they had many rules that they failed to mention (or made it extremely hard to understand).

PayPal only and I am not sure whether or not any of the others are available here in Australia. In any event, I can use the money in my PayPal account for a variety of other things like eBay plus a few places that I use for online shopping also acccept PayPal. :)
