Afraid I'm same as the others - no help or experience. I can't say for these programs particularly but I've heard a lot of people who had no luck at all with purchasing referrals - you pay the money, get the referral sign ups, but then they don't do anything so basically you've wasted your money.

Thank you byfaithonly,
It seems to me that ,they can not guarantee all the referral they provide is actived ,it's totaly at your on risk..
Wow!, it is so dangerous ,i think i am going to take the risk that invest my money on something that is not working .
Again thank you sooooo much for your useful information ,my friend .

Oh..Byfaithonly...You are such a busy person ..every time you seems to have many things going on ...:)Which is good ,keep your self busy on doing something that you passionate about.
Well, by having yard sale is the best way to get rid of the junk .I hope you have a very successful yard sale and enjoy writing your blog ...Good luck and god bless you :)

I asked the same question about buying referrals and I agree with the others that buying referrals would be too risky.
I have just found a site that allows you to get (or exchange) referrals for FREE. You might want ot check it out.
