Losing of weight!

I am gaining weight day by day. I don't want to become fat. can you suggest me how to lose weight?

Make a schedule when to exercise and don't break it. Eat less dinner, it is least important meal. Drink lots of water, especially before meals.

I guess you should cut down on your calories. Watch your diet.Have a lot of activities during the day so that you'll be able to burn the fats from your meals. :) It's all about balance diet and regular exercise.

There are some slimming pills I just don't know if it will work well...I haven't tried it.
