What is the difference between " DMG file & " ExE file"?

EXE stands for executable. It's a Windows file that you can launch just by opening it.
DMG is the Mac version of ISO. It's a CD image. Using something like MagicISO, you could convert it to an ISO image, then burn it to CD using your burning software.
