How do I Know he/ she is serious ?

If someone tell you that she/ he need help in money, & ask you to help, how you know he/she is serious ?

You probably know the answer already yourself - you can never be sure. People tend to tell stories when it comes to money, even your best friends.
I would say, separate friendship and money if possible because money is often (based on my experience) the end of a friendship.

it is really difficult to know, I think you would to know if they are close to you and you really know if they are having economic problems, I have loan to friend and they have pay me but some people just want to get the money and they will never pay you.
