Well for me it kind stunk i mean i was fine yesterday morning and after being awake for like an hour i started to get a headache, well i didn't think anything of it sense it was just a light one i thought it would go away.. well than i wanted to take my son to the parade that we have every year here and i did... When i returned home i was so cold.. i was shaking so bad that i was having chills... Well i didn't want that to stop me from taking him to the fireworks last night.. Yes i did take him shaking cause i was cold and just feeling like ish.... we get done watching them and go back to my sister to watch yeah even more fireworks... than roughly around midnight i just wanted to go home i couldn't take the chills any longer... I get home and change into some nice warm cloths though it's already nice in my house.. I am not sure what it is though.. Touch of the flu or what.. Today i get up in a sweat because i had 3 blankets on me a sweater and heavy joggers on... I am feeling sorta kinda better i did go out a bit ago to warm up cause my house just feels a bit cool..
Anyway enough of that how did you spend your 4th of July! and did you have fun.. I forgot to add that yes i did have fun!

Sorry to hear that you didn't feel well for the 4th. At least you made the best of it for you and your son.
The weather here was horrible~ rainy, rainy, rainy! I packed up the kids and we met my sisters at the lake. My one sister has a camper there so we ate, drank and were marry! We just made the most of the day. We stayed in the evening for a fire and cookout. Then we also stayed for the fireworks. We didn't get home until midnight, so today I am really dragging. It was a great 4th:)

My fourth of July was not as good as it could have been. I was expecting nice beach weather like every fourth of July. This year was a different story. We had cloudy and rain here in the eastern United States and it stunk. I made the attempt to squeeze in a beach day yesterday but it was not worth it because of the bad weather. I went home early and watched the mets game and they lost. I hope that next year's fourth of July will be much better. The only bright side of yesterday is that the Macys fourth of July spetacular went on without a problem. Thank goodness it was not cancelled because it is one of the greatest fireworks displays in the United States.

i would say i wouldn't like the rain either as much mainly if it canceled the fireworks.. we did get a bit of rain here but just enough to wet the ground, i was hoping that it wouldn't stay cause i really wanted to take my son to them this year. This was his first year! he was so excited and happy!

Well, I didn't have to work, so I can't say it sucked. But, we spent most of the day at a boring parade and didn't do much else after that so it wasn't great either.

Mine was okay. It kind of stunk for the first part of it because my man was at work. But then I went to get him and went to eat he and I got into a argument. But then we watched the fireworks with a friend. Then I ended up taking my friends home and then I came home and spent the rest of the time watching tv and cuddling with my man. Then off to bed we went and got lucky and then went to bed. Hope you feel better wiscousin26.

I am so sorry you didn't feel well on the 4th.
I had a pretty good day. Our fireworks display was actually on the 3rd.
I went to our local parade yesterday and it was actually the best parade we've ever had. The floats looked the best, attendance was at it's highest, participation was also at it's all time highest. Afterwards, we went to my parent's house for our traditional 4th of July barbeque. When we got home, we went swimming. Last night we watched "Independence Day" which is another tradition of ours.

i feel lots better now a little bit of rest can take a person a long way.. That's really neat to watch a movie as a tradition.. Yeah the one i go to isn't all that far from me we don't have a local one but one in the next town over it's great though to see the fire trucks and floats i just love them.

It was okay, I guess. It was super hot here (almost in the triple digits) and my wife and I decided to head to the A/C in the movie theater to see Transformers. It was actually a decent movie. After which we headed over to Dave and Busters for a little meal/arcade action, before visiting one of my old high school friends who was having a BBQ at his place. We stayed there for the rest of the night, we could see the fireworks from his place so it was all good. I did have fun, even though I am paying for it by being at work although I am super tired.
