Could you survive in the wilderness with nothing?
Do you have the ability to make a fire without matches, build a shelter, and find food and water. Would you be willing to eat bugs or lizards? I've heard that even poisonous snakes can be good if you cut the head off. Would you know what to do if you came face to face with a wild animal? Would you make to back to civilization?

Yes, although it would be challenging. Lots to eat in the forests and open spaces. Good food. It would take some getting used to, of course. My favorites would be berries, fruits and edible plants. What about you? Could you make the grade?

It's the challenge that is so alluring. The forests are easy. Almost anyone with a little common sense could do it. You already have everything you need, you just have to find it. Find food and water, make a shelter, and start a fire.
Could you make it in a desert, or in arttic, or at sea?
Not me I'd probable die in the desert, and I can't stand the cold, I'm might make it at sea in a small raft, if I had fresh water.

No, on my own I don't believe I could survive in the wilderness. Now, if I watched "Man vs Wild" on the Discovery Channel faithfully, I probably would have a fighting chance. If I had a fire, I'd eat a lizard, but it would have to be cooked. I would just throw up if I ate it raw. And I wouldn't eat a poisonous snake either. Although, it would have to obviously be poisonous, because I don't think I'd be able to accurately name every species that slithered by.
