Is there an HTML script for scrolling pages?

I have an IFRAME on my web, I want it to load scrolled to a special point, how can I do that? the web is www.missak-art.com and the IFRAMES are in http://h1.ripway.com/missak/Click.html . So there is a blog I linked, and I want it to show by default the pictures, after scrolling the title and all that... Can anyone help me?
