Parents...what is your biggest pet peeve or problem with your child's teachers?

I'm so glad you asked...he he he For one, please don't ever call a child lazy. If they aren't doing what they should, there is probably a good reason. I'm not saying there is no such thing as lazy, but usually it's either an attention deficit problem or some other problem. Lack of motivation. Sure it would be great if all students just did what they were supposed to. The fact is, some kids need more help than others. You've taken on a very noble career. The fact that you are asking the question, tells me that you are in it for the right reasons and I think you will be a great teacher! Good luck and take care. I must be really lucky because I cant really say I have had any major problems with any of my kids teachers. There was one teacher my oldest son had in junior highschool that was a big problem but we moved before it had any lasting effect luckily.
