Just watch what you eat and eat the portion sizes. Drink lots of water. And you should exercise too. If that is you in the picture, you don't look like you need to lose 20 lbs.

Hi Sugar,
Since December, I have now lost 73 pounds. I have done this by eating raisn bran in the morning, fruit at lunch, a lean cuisine for dinner, and raisin bran for a snack. Also, I run about 30 miles a week. It takes dedication but it really works!
cheers,

if you are the person in your pic, I don't think you should be loosing 20lbs. Instead, like the person before me, I would suggest exercising to tone up and build some muscle but don't diet. You'll make yourself sick and gain it back anyways

Well the good way to lose that weight is go to the gym regularly you can have the normal diet that you have no need to change that!!!! But keep in mind go in the gym for 5 days a week and do 3days of cardio and 2 days of weight training.Weight training is the most effective thing cause it helps to burn fat really really fast and you will have a permanent figure after that you wont gain that 20lbs fat again that fast.

Sweethear nothings easy in this world...heh....anyway if u find that a little tough thn just walk on the treadmill or cycle or do some cardio on crosstrainer they do not cause a lot tiredness but they do burn a lot of calories.Even kick boxing is a very good way to burn fat.Cardio + weight traing can make slim and trim in no time!!!!!

according to me u should check your diet. few points to consider are:
1. avoid fried foods
2. consume more raw evgetables in salad and fruits.
3. drink about 8 to 10 glasses of water
4. avoid chocolates, sweets, sweet beverages, cold drinks, etc.
5. avoid refinced flour.
6. avoid fruit juices, opt for fruit instead.
7. lastly do exercise. diet + exercise are good combination.
i hope this information will be of ur help.

by avoiding fruit juice i mean that if u consume more fruits u will eat fibres that will help in satiety i.e u will not feel hungry for few hrs so u will land up in eating less that will in turn help in reductio nof weight.
few more tips i would like to give is taht:
1. u can drink 1 glass water half an hour before having ur lunch or dinner so that u consume less food.

Huhu! You're not the only one. The only thing is, I only have to start worrying starting from October/November after the baby is born. I think I'd have to lose more than 20 lbs but am trying not to think about it. Wait till the time comes..
I think the best way to lose weight is still eating everything in moderation, lots of exercise and loads of water. No soft drinks, caffeine or even fruit juices..
I've tried the NO CARBS diet for 3 weeks before.. No bread, rolls, pasta, rice, noodles.. and with a family like mine, of course it really seemed impossible. My sister thought i was a freak.. I did lose about 5kgs that month but then again, i yo-yoed back up. Because after the 3 weeks when you can start having the carbs again (in little portions), your body goes through what I call "carb withdrawal". Haha.. bergegar gitu. LOL!
So basically, no more NO CARBS for me. Bootcamp training is really fun and really great. So, try exercising and eating smaller portions.. and NO CHOCOLATE MALTA CAKES! You'll lose weight soon enough. Cheers~~ ;)

After I gave a birth to my children I always don't eat banana, rice, potatoes and another high carbohydrate but you still may eat carbohydrate during luch but in small portion, during breakfast only eat 2 pieces of bread, I suggest the bread notseve with chocolate better go plain, during diner just eat fruits mostly apple, pear and watermelon and also eat a bowl of vegetables. I follow 80% of those and my weight now stay the same like I was at my high school years. I hope that will help you all of those diet I consult in personal with my doctor. good luck

there are many ways you can lose fat.By sweating it out that is by exercise or by regulating your diet intake(reducing your calories in take). You have to choose what suits you.But remember now a days nutritional formulae are in market which help you to reduce fat in regulated manner without any health problems.Interested let me know.
