a discussion about nothing

I never had anything exciting happen today, but I have a gripe. The weekend is when I try to catch up on house stuff, and I actually laid in bed til 11:50, and felt like kicking myself for wasting the day. I have been in a mood ever since. I like to sl;eep in on the weekend, but that was almost 2 hours too long.

Well,all day I've been on My Space talking to my friends. It's sunny and humid where I am(Boston, Massachusetts) and I'm very very bored.I miss all my friends at school and my teachers.I want to cry =(. I don't want to leave seventh grade.I want to repeat it, but I can't.Okay, now I'm developing tears.I MISS MY FRIENDS (AND TEACHERS)!!!!

Fer a minit I tho't something... But it was nothing!

Well, my sister is down visiting fron Canada and today we went out shopping to a store that sells all sorts of British candies, chips, and other assorted goodies and we ended up spending a small fortune on stuff we used to eat when we were kids. Also we are all going on a haunted ghost tour tonight which I have been on before and is loads of fun.

zero, zilch, notta, nothing...lol well the weather outside is frightful, not really, its not bad, just hot and muggy...been raining off and on here today... watched sos yesterday did you? what band was your fav? mine was john mayer and the police of what i saw...what else is going on?

Today I had my first friday off in 8 years so that was the high point of my day. Then my daughter went to spend the night at her friends house which never ever happens when I have a night off. my house is usually the gathering place. So here I am all alone...completely alone for the first time in oh..i can't even remember the last time this has happened. I am cleaning my house and typing on here. Its all pretty cool. There is no one to undo what I am doing and no one hounding me for her time on this computer. Give me a couple of more hours on this oasis and I'll be posting how much I miss my little girl but right now...this a great break. by the way....great way to get things going stacy.

Today is coming to an end without any special event except I went out and bought the new after shave and a cover to the steering wheel of my car.I got the passports and air tickets of my family photocopied as i am flying to Malaysis for one week holiday.Nothing to do right now at 6.46p.m except spending a little time in mylot before taking my week end scotch by 8 pm.I feel wonderful typing like this and pouring whatever comes into my mind.Thanks a lot for this opportunity.

lol good way to just talk about anything etc. well today its nice the sun is out, because yesterday was freezing cold, i went to the only shop in my town and spent heaps of money lol (only $20) but on junk like chocoalte and drinks. anyways my partner got a bag of lollies and they were feral they were cheap ones so he was mad when he was driving because he said the last lot were real nice and fresh ones. anyways at the moment i am ment to be studying and cleaning the house, but i am sitting here on mylot lol.. listening to my old loud washing machine bash around the clothes lol so i turned the radio on. thats my goss for today lol.

Okay Im game. The weather here is getting hot and humid again. I just moved into a new place a couple of days ago. One of my cats ran away a couple of weeks ago. So now I only have 2 of them. But life is good.LOL

Today i got the terrible news that my friend, Norman from the casino passed away. Please see my discussion entiteled "Farewell, Noman" to read up about it. He was a really sweet person. His physical disfunctions didn't make him bitter like it does a lot of people. He was still kind and sweet and funny. i never, EVER cry, but i shed a tear for him on the way home where nobody could see it.

Well this is a good opportunity for me to tell you about 5 yr old Niamh! We were on holiday for the last week of school and so she missed the prize giving assembly but I was speaking to my friend tonight who was there and she told me that Niamh won the excellence award for her class! We are real proud of her as she is top of her class already but this award was not just for work but for citizenship as well - things like attitude, helpfulness, caring about others etc! Thanks for the opportunity to let you know! xx

Its been a rather boring day today. I goofed off on the computer most of the day. The weather is hot, but kinda a nice breeze if you stay in the shade. Thats about it for here on my end!

I like this idea for a discussion. :) I bet you end up having a lot of responses for this. Anyways, just a topic of interest. Today when I was practicing soccer with my daughter she basically kicked the ball so hard she blew her foot right out of the cleat. This is the third set of cleats I have had to buy her this year and at $200 a set it is starting to get expensive. :( cheers,

I am glad you started a discussion about nothing because I really have nothing to say.lol. Its a very boring day here. I should be cleaning the house but instead I am sitting on my butt in front of this computer. The weather is not bad today. Its about 74 degrees but a little muggy. It rained a little bit but not a whole lot. I've got the air conditioner on even though I shouldn't bcause of the electric bill. Those have been outrageous lately. Its so expensive to live anymore. The bills go up but the income doesn't. Oh well. What can we do except just keep going on and hope for the best.

I am in alot of pain today so not much has or will happen =) I had surgery the day before yesterday and I guess I will be in some pain for a while =)

Well at least you put some sort of effort into it by actually writing a few lines... I am freezing at the moment and I was just thinking about getting off my lazy a$$ and going to turn the heater on....Not very exciting but that whats on my mind at the moment.

Well my answer is going to be one containing nothing exciting as today was a day for me that did not stand out in any way, except that it was stress free which has not been the case for a long time...

Hi. Let's see... Today i won $25 on a scratch off lotto ticket. That was probably the most exciting thing that happened today. The weather is hot and humid here in Chicago and it's going to be getting worse over the weekend. :-)

Today my wife decided it was time to clean out and reorganize our outdoor storage shed. It was 99 degrees outside, and much warmer in the metal storage shed. She had everything out when I came home from mowing a lawn. She needed help deciding what to throw away and then putting it back again. I asked her why she picked the hottest day of the year instead of waiting until fall when it was cooler, but she wanted it done today. I'll have to admit, it sure looks nice now that it is done.
