Do you have a separate book to write all your web addresses and passwords in?

Do you actually write your password in the book or do you have a secret code just incase someone gets a hold of it? Or do you have notes scattered all over the place..

i keep a small notebook where i record all my passwords. i always see to it that all the passwords i've made in all my paying sites or making money programsare written down in case my memory lapses. there are instances that when i clear my browser's data including caches, cookies, history and recently visited pages that passwords are also got erased and when you try to sign up again they aren't automatically registered so what happens is you fill up those usernames and passwords again. it's the best way to record all your passwords in a notebook for you to refer.

I do not have one. I do need one. A lady I work with does this. She has all the addresses wrote down with the passwords. Except for important ones like bank accounts and stuff. She keeps those in her head.

Yes, I actually write down my password and user ID in a separate book. Now I have two books filled with passwords and IDs. However recently I find that it is becoming difficult to find passwords for so many sites. So I've decided to use only one username and one password for the newest registration in sites.

No, I don't have, and I have them all in my memory...at least my own password is close to my heart, so no worry of forgetting them...but otherwise, I write them on a loose sheet of paper and just place it inside my bag. I guess it's really a good idea to have a notebook for important secret codes, which I have not done to date. But I guess that's a good suggestion and i might consider it....
