Do eat dinner together as a family?

when i was a kid, my family would always eat together and i soooo miss doing that! Ever since my dad went to the US-everybody grew up and got so busy and oftentimes never home for mealtime, we just eat whenever and wherever hungry..i'm saddened of seeing the table set only for one person to eat and what makes it sadder is preparing the food all by yourself..this topic is too nostalgic..its makes me happy and sad at the same time..

I always wish that my family ate dinner together more often, but honestly since my husband works nights and I work days it doesn't happen too often! That's actually been a bit of a silver lining for me with having been out of work with illness for a couple of weeks, that I've spent a lot more time doing such things with my husband. Once my son (who is only one now) is on a more regular eating schedule and is eating the same foods were are more, I hope that we'll be able to have more family meals. It's something I would really enjoy I think. =)

I usually and have been eating together as a family. Once in a while that doesn't happen because someone could be busy and has something going on. I always do my best to make some time with my family. That to me is important because if I did nothing but work, I might go crazy, well maybe a little.

Most times we grab a bite to eat whenever we can. The only person that gets regular meals in our home is the little kid. Every hour or so I try to get her to eat some food. She's one of those picky eaters that only eats a bite or two of food at a time. Most times her meals are a day long event. However, with that being said, we just got a new dinner table, so I think family dinners are only a short while away. Hopefully once our daughter gets older we can spend dinner together as a family. As is, family dinner is not such a convenient thing for us.
