'many' in Latin and 'tics' as in 'bloodsucking creatures'? Does this implies that they can't be trusted as leaders?

Excellent observation there! It is so true. We all get sucked dry with the various taxes here in the UK. I believe it is one of the highest taxed nations in the world! How are we supposed to trust our politicians where other countries, suck less out of their citizens!? :-)

But UK is one of the cleanest government. Scored very low in corruption unlike here. Though we collect little amount of tax, CORRUPTION is high. So you don't have to worry where your taxes will go.

I will match you on that one. If "pro" is the opposite of "con", is progress the opposite of congress? Could be, they sure do not seem to get anything done lately.
