is bird flu the past tense of bird fly?

Bird flu is not a past tense of bird fly because, the meaning of bird flu is an ill or sickness of the bird or chiken,bird flu is a diseases of the birds,while when you say bird fly is a flying bird in the sky, good question....hehehehehe
