How many times, do you take a shower per day?

just once,unless i manage to get really dirty after that.3 times a day seems a waste of water to me.i generally don't have the need unless i'm working on the yard or something.

my daily routine is 2 times a day. one in the morning before going to work. and another before going to bed. i don't want to sleep feeling icky (i mean sticky). when it is very warm and i'm at home i would taking a shower about 3-4 times a day. that's why sometimes i bring clothes at work coz when i feel uncomfortable due to heat i take a shower in the office.

For me I Like to try to get my 1 shower in a day but on a good day I love to have 2 =) Happy posting Stacy

I normally only take one shower per day. But during the summer it gets very hot where I live and if I have sweated a lot during the day I will take another shower before going to bed. I just hate the feeling of my skin after I have sweated and it has dried. I don't want all of that all over my sheets. I love soft, clean sheets.

I usually only have a shower once a day during winter but sometimes I do have one twice a day but it is not all the time, during summer I usually have a couple a day as I sweat a lot and I hate that sticky horrible feeling that you get when you sweat!

Why? Are you conducting a survey on the hygiene standards of 100000 mylotters or something? Here it is hot and you perspire all the time. So minimum you gotta shower at least twice per day. Twice is more then enough for me. Any more then that and I dont really feel cleaner thenI already was after my second shower.

Only once a day. It is not a hot place and one will not sweat.

I take two showers a day. One before I go to work and then one after to work to relax and let my body calm down and get ready for bed.

Tis' the season to shower... a lot of times. Normally, during regular weather, you can count on me showering twice; once during the day and again at night. It's just the way that I am wired. Now that it's hot (and the heatwave has hit the West Coast) I actually shower three times per day. I'll also shower when I get home from work because of how hot it is and how sticky I feel. In fact, it might even be 4 times because I might go work out in the gym cause there's air conditioning there.

I usually only shower once a day unless it is very hot that day or i have been working out and i am sweaty from the workout then i will shower again. Showering too often can rob your skin of it natural oils and make it dry so i try not to over do it as i find as i am getting older my skin is getting dryer then the norm when i was a youth.

I normally shower only once a day, and usually this is after my dinner. That will ensure that I feel clean before I tuck into bed. I may shower a second time if a particular day is hot and humid, and I feel very sweaty. There are days here which can be very humid and you have to run to an aircon environment to cool down.

I usually shower once a day, occasionally 2 times in a day if it is pretty hot.

i bath once a week more precisely on Sundays and during winters once a month.

I normally only take one shower a day. However, sometimes if I take a morning shower, I might take a night time bath just to relax and wind down. Most days I'm lucky enough to have time for the one shower since my one year old is normally up. It's nice to have a relaxing bath every once in a while though.

I usually have one shower a day, unless I am working in the garden, then it will be two. Sometimes in the hot weather I may have 4 or 5 quick showers just to cool down.

I think in summer season I must be taking bath about 4 to 5 times and definately once before going to bed. And I think in Winter, at least twice and then once before bedtime......Since now we have hotwater as well as cold water arrangement in shower, I don't mind taking shower several time.....actually I love taking shower. My hubby complains that we are getting water bill more due to my showers........lol

i shower twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening before I go to sleep.

i take a shower twice a day. one when i woke up coz i got sweat from the weather here in the philippines! it was kinda irritating in my part because you only woke up because you are wet from your sweat! another shower i do was in the evening around 6 pm coz the weather is really so hot in her you couldn't help it.

I take a shower every morning. If I do alot of physical work, I occassionally take one in the evening as well. These people that take 3 and 4 showers a day are not only wasting water, they are wasting their lives away in the shower! They are obsessive-compulsive.
