how do you start your discussions.

DO YOU USE MYLOT HEADINGS FOR THE DISCUSIONS?
which heading do you often hit to begin your discusions?
usually all those who respond to my discussions are sent to my mail and those who cmment on my discussions as well. my friends who also start discussions are sent to my mail. so when i sign in i read and respond to them but if not i click on today's top discussions and start the day.

well i usuallystart off with discussions which my friends have started and then move on to the hot topics of the day. then i go over to those discussions which have not had any replies and help those people. in betwen if i ahve a good topic to post then i stat my own discussion.

Mostly i start discussions in my interest category.For some reason i donot get anything in my email stating someone has made a comment to my discussions.I see alot of people saying they do.Most of the time i respond to friends section,new section and maybe todays hot topic.Sometimes the discussions are really not hot.
