I always like to walk in the morning but I cant, would you like to suggest me.

yeah you there you could try to get up at 5am to take a walk for about 2km and walk back but if you can't do that you try the evening when you close from work. you try to walk home and if your home is some km far, you can ride half way and walk the rest and that's very healthy. this is the little suggestion i have for you.

I had being putting on the pedometer for the past 3 year and it really help at least to keep my weight constant for the last 3 years. I drive to work, thus the number of steps that I take is greatly reduced. In a normal days, I usually make 7,500 steps on weekdays and on weekend I will make about 12,000 steps as I make a point to make up for the weekdays. My target was to have 10000 steps per days and on some days I will work around my house just to make the numbers.

Why you can't? If you really like to walk then walk maybe in a park if there is park in your place..or club house, but the best is in the seashore if there is a walking distance beach in your place then go walk there. Then you can take someone with you, so that you will not get bored while walking or if you want some quiet time with yourself do it alone! I just wonder can you walk..because if you have both legs working, why you can't walk!!??
