I don't care what Maddonna does but I think that adopting this child is more of a fashion statement than really caring. She could have sponsored the child within his own village. This would have given him the opportunities to learn etc. and he would also be brought up by his own parents in his own community. I think that would have been the best way to put the interests of the child first.

I am. I'm sure this kind of thing happens all the time, it just happens that Madonna is famous. Personally, I don't see why she adopted that child and I can't see as he's really going to be any better off in the long term but I actually don't care.

Yes! Is there nothing better to talk about? Millions of babies get adopted every year! This is no different. Let her just get on with it i reckon.
