I'd go to http://panasonic.com/support and see if they have a manual available - they have operating instructions, how-to guides, troubleshooting information, etc. all available on their site.

Go to the website and have a look to see if they have a manual you can download. Or phone Panasonic to send one out to you.

Have you tried going to Panasonic's website to see if they have it available to download? You could also try emailing the company to see if there is a way you could get it right from them.
